is Manashosting OK for our website???

Yes even I did ask about the websites of the customers who have taken the package from manashosting.Their support team told me to go for & day FREE TRAIL and test the server uptime and they also told me to check the server uptime in their website home page .See below they had given me this link : http://www.siteuptime.com/statistics.php?Id=66029&UserId=82612
I think they give what they say.

I have been customer of manashosting.If you want to test their server they have provided a very good option to use FREE TRIAL.Try to use that.Then you will know how good their server reliability is.

yes I also agree. I used their 7 day trial first . I found their server speed was good and later took their windows package. Now it is working fine.

I first I tried 7 days trial of manashosting. and Iwas very happy about their support and speed. then I took one domain package with unlimited webspace , it is working fine.And I suggested this to my friends.

keep your options open. It is a good idea to get trial hosting or ask for a 1 month money back period. That way if you don't like the hosting. You can always get your money back.

Dont never and ever purchase from manashosting...

I have very bad experience with them ... Last sunday i have purchased domain from them and paid money through netbanking through their gateway provided on website and order was sucessfully generated.

But till date i found that my domain is not registered and still available for sale with other hosting providers ... really shameful. I am not disclosing my domain details for security reason.

Online chat executive will not solve any queries .. they will say to raise ticket and when we raise ticket .. the question will start from begining. Every day they will be leaving 1 question .. when did u purchase , what is ur oder .. silly stuff like that.

The posts which are provided my members rating as good for manashosting in this thread are fake ... created by Manashosting executives .. dont believe them.

I would suggest Ixwebhosting which has very good support and features. I am using it from 2 yrs and no issues. I made an blunder my purchasing from manashosting. I will trafer back my registerd domains to IX after my issue gets settled

This is Sai again .. i have posted the previous message. Today had a chat with manashosting for solving my issue. The sequence followed like this -

First i made chat with Sales team .. after proving entire details and story for 15 min they said to contact billing team. I opened billing team chat and told them the entire issue again A .............. Z. They dont even have track of Invoice / Order Nos which they receive.

Taking 4 days + , just for registering a domain name?
I can only laugh at this.
I always get my domains in couple of minutes from the time of payment (thru other registrar).

I understand how you feel when you pay for a product and dont get it in time.
I wish your issue gets resolved soon.
