Im a ex smoker, I began to smoke at 18 years old and I stopped at 25 years old.
I think if your call if you want or decide to smoke, but 1 fact:
smoke is not good for your health |

well i smoked only once in life...
didnt like the idea of wasting money time and health on smoking... therefore, so far i have nevered touched it twice...

Well in my country smoke is really cheap , a box of cigarretes is round 1 dollar.
anyway I preffer to buy a candy =) |

no.. im not a smoker...
i just had that way back in my high school days...
because of curiosity, i've once tried to smoke...
but now, I've change i don't smoke...
smoking is bad to our health!

Glad to know that most of the people in this forum are conscious with their health. Smoking is indeed bad not only to your overall health, but it also affects your dental health as well.

I have never smoked because it stains my teeth and also my finger nails. I also do not like the smell of cigarettes.

I smoke daily.
I start smoking about 2 years back, due to no reason.
But know almost leaving it, I used to smoke 4 cigrates in a day bt know i reduced it to one.
Hope to get rid from it asap... !

yes i smoked when i was studying college because of peer pressure but i realized its not good for me since i have asthma!..i stopped smoking because it makes me so hard to breath and makes my asthma worst!

I have tried smoking but realized that it isn't for me. I love my dental and overall health that much to avoid smoking. Besides, my dentist advised me against it.

I've never tried it and never will!
I really don't know why a lot of people get addicted to it despite knowing its bad effect on their health.
They'll regret it one day once the effects of smoking really start showing on their bodies.

Have never smoked even once in life. Never felt the need to when in teens or college. Not inclined anymore. Hate smoking completely.
