I Would recomend Hostgator
Great plans....
onlu problem is they wont allow you to oversell...
its a good sign as system runs fine but some would find it not good...

Hostgator is good. I have some experience with Reseller Zoom, but not their failsafe plans. The budget plans at Reseller Zoom only allows 8 concurrent connections to sql databases, so do keep this in mind. It's not made for medium traffic dynamic sites.

yeah
PolurNet seems pretty good too...
the start up reseller has 2GB / 30GB for USD 116 per year...
not bad atall, only problem is they will only allow u to create limited accounts on WHM 40 to exact for the Start up 
apart from that it seems good at the plan doesnt look they over sell...
