I am wondering what would be the advantage for me / my country if I use web hosting from India. If anybody have answer please let me know.

Well one thing you have to determine if you want to host in India is if the host is actually using the servers based in India or not. Quite a few people buy space on servers hosted in US or UK and then resell them here.
If you go for a server hosted in India, then it should have a better ping ie. response time for the Indian users.

I think price is the main concert here....
India Hostings are very very cheap with compare to US or UK Hostings... |

| Yes, even I agree with you guys. You can choose Web hosting in India for cheaper price and if your visitors are located mainly in India. Your website loading time would be faster. |

Yes. I agree with amritr. You will be able to get better support, especially phone support if you opt for Indian web hosting firms.
As far as I advice, it really don't matter whether the server is at US or in India, provided the hosting firm has an Indian phone number to contact to. You won't really notice the response time much, unless you are having a really big website with many hits at any time and your entire target visitors are from India.
