Free host is only good for learning purpose, if you're going to launch a production site, go with a paid hosting for better service and more features.

Free hosting is okay if something is on an experimental basis, non commercial and not very serious in nature.

For anything else, paying 30$ a year is worth than suffering owing to the limitations and overselling done on these free host servers.
