Many webhosting companies provides many packages. With this they should providegood service also. I feel manashosting is the best service provider. They gave me full control panel details to access the databases. Their support team is also too good.

Any business, will have positive and negative reviews. Manas Hosting is good for sure. I believe almost all the web hosts out there provides control panel for managing the database. In fact even the free hosts do.

I feel manashosting is a best service provider. It is the best host. In my experience I didn't face any problem. the support team is very helpful. They responce very quickly.I recommend this to everyone.

Any decent hosting provider will give full control panel access with shared hosting services. If they dont do so, then one should not purchase services from them. How will a customer work without full control panel access.

Jail SSH is optional. Some provide it, some dont. Completely depends on security policies.

How could you expect a complete access or control in shared hosting service? IP gets shared among everyone those who are hosted in shared servers. Henceforth, none of the best web hosting providers give you the wright to have complete access on cPanel.
