want a very good web designing software with the following features.
1. Must be able to create graphical web sites
2. Must be free to download.
3. Since im a beginner to web designing, it must be easy to use.

Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 is one of the best website designing tool and is easy to use for beginners.

After much experience, I have found out that Adobe's Dreamweaver (newest release CS5) is the best, interactive and professional web designing software. Like all Adobe products it is easy to use and the best of its kind. Tutorials are also included.

Dream weaver is the best web designing software.If you make a mistake when designing your site, but have use a dwt file, you can correct the mistake on hundreds of pages instantly. Also it is useful for updating site layouts.There are so many great features in Dreamweaver that you would not get in ordinary html editors.
