Free hosting comes with limitations and sometimes with ads from the hosting comapany. The ad revenue which comes from your site goes directly to their account not yours. Sometimes you got only FTP Access or sometimes they bother not to give that also, if you are lucky u can grab a vista panel.
So why going for free hosting.. grab a paid hosting

As per my experience Paid or cheap hosting is best rather then free hosting. Free hosting provides hosting in free and Paid hosting provides by pay. Free hosting service will not give you 24/7 support. So as of me Paid or Cheap hosting is the best.
