It's possible to start your own webhosting business without investment.

You can just decide your margin on top of the wholesale margin. When it sells, you get the profit. You just need to promote your business.

Get a turnkey business like WH 247. You just need to promote it in forums.

I tried before and have no luck with that, I think if you want to begin a bussines, well you need at least to buy a resseller hosting package and start to sell shared hosting
