Also, customer support provided under free web hosting services is close to nothing; as the services are free, so you cannot claim for a better service also. On the other hand when you go for a paid web hosting you not only benefit in terms of quality customer but also in better technical support.
Yet another drawback to be noticed is, the bandwidth amount permitted, incase of free hosting it is limited, thus it cannot support a heavy incoming traffic & there is no way you can counter the same. In case of a paid host, you get more bandwidth & additionally you have the option to upgrade the same to higher limits.
