you can try ISPconfig, it's simply and free. you can also use webmin. if you're running a windows server, websitepanel would be good choice.

webmin and kloxo are easy to use and having most of the features for linux and websitepanel is for windows.

Free control panels are never good. But if you insist on one, webmin is your choice for linux.
