Hi,
i think there will be no hosting without having domains. And there are not many india specific domain discussion forums. so may if u can add a few forums related to domains people will come here. and keep coming back to check for appraisals and such kind of activity.
anyway cheers for a good forum.

well not few though, but i think yes one section on Domain Discussion wont be a bad idea...
Domains are related to Hosting for sure... so yes.. me to think one Section for domain discussion would be fine
