I have only used Dreamweaver and frontpage before and I will choose Dreamweaver over frontpage any time. Frontpage is just too simple for my taste. Dreamweaver is much more detailed and has lots more functions.

Yeah dreamweaver is the best software to design and manage websites. there some internal functions like database connection wizard and snippets and further more I feel a complete girp on my web page while using macromedia dreamweaver specially when working with css and PHP it shows hints for the tags which can be typed.

and as a website editor it is easy to compile and edit scripts with dreamweaver

I use Macromedia Dreamweaver for all web related coding work. Sometimes I use basic text editors like Notepad or EditPad lite too. It depends upon the purpose.

I use dreamweaver as well, it’s quite easy to learn and efficient in handling multiple files. I guess I have gotten used to it now.
